"Peter and the wolf" nominated for an Oscar

Peter and The Wolf is nominated for "Best animated short" this year. B�rd made sound design and Petter mixed the film at the Frogner cinema. The stop-frame film is directed by Breakthru Films and directed by BAFTA winning director Suzie Templeton. It offers a fantastical and intriguing interpretation of the world famous story, which will entertain both adults and children alike. The film was made at the Oscar winning Se-Ma-For animation studios in Poland using cutting edge digital techiques. Whilst staying true to Prokofieff's classic story the film provides some 21st century twists and an environmental theme.

Red camera

We are working on comparison tests of Red against 35mm at the moment. It is one of the first in the world. John Christian Rosenlund have shot material on film and Red and we will compare 2K as well as 4K and do film outs.
